New Courts

NEW COURTS AT THE HOCKEY RINK IN THE CITY PARK

New dedicated pickleball courts are ready for play at the hockey rink at the Aitkin City Park!

• • The new courts are on Playtime Scheduler with a yellow dot (vs green for the tennis courts which are also still available for play).

  • There are lights that come on at dusk and go off at dawn. The park closes at 10:00 PM.

Background Information:

Aitkin Area Pickleball Association has been grateful to have use of the Aitkin High School tennis courts for outdoor play. Tennis and pickleball are in the same season, and need different lines and net height. Both sports are excited to have their own dedicated summer spaces. We will continue to schedule play at the tennis courts until it is no longer needed. See Playing Pickleball section to sign up.
